Registration fee is $39/person; $49/person if registering less than one week before the scheduled class date. Pre-registration is strongly encouraged.  A registration form is available on the Class Schedule page.

•	Payment can be made by cash, check, or credit card. Make checks payable to “Public Health Solutions”.
•	Class size is limited to 25 people. Please check the website page Class Schedule for class availability, detailed class content descriptions, and the page Directions to Classes for more information.
•	Registration check in starts at 8:30AM for 9-12 classes, 12:30PM for 1-4 classes, and 5:00PM for 5:30-8:30 classes.
•	Same day registration is allowed at the $49/person rate if the class is not full. Substitutions are also allowed. Please check the website page Class Schedule for class availability.
•	Refunds for cancellations will be granted if the cancellation request is received at least one week before the scheduled class date.
•	Registrants will be notified by email and/or telephone of any class cancellations due to weather or other unanticipated event. Registrants will have the option of rescheduling or receiving a refund.

Class Content: Fall 2012 – Spring 2013
Each class will focus on the subject matter as defined by the title. Appropriate handouts will be provided as well as resources to obtain more detailed information on the class subject. Participants are encouraged to bring their questions regarding specific problems. All class participants are asked to complete a class evaluation form and to provide suggestions for future subjects and locations. The following classes are under development.  Specific dates, times, and locations will be forthcoming and noted on the registration form available on the Class Schedule page.

Subsurface Wastewater Design Seminar:


Subsurface Wastewater/Internal Plumbing Inspection:
This class will focus on the important areas that need to be checked by the local plumbing inspector when conducting both internal plumbing and subsurface wastewater disposal system inspections.  Techniques to complete a successful inspection will be presented along with inspection checklists for both internal plumbing and subsurface system inspections.  While of primary interest to local plumbing inspectors this class should also be of interest to licensed site evaluators and others involved in these fields.
